For many home buyers and sellers, the process can feel complex and the decisions daunting. I understand this, which is why my first priority is to guide my clients through every step with a crystal-clear understanding of the decisions, strategies, and possible outcomes. After all, knowledge is power.
Since 2016, I have been focused on helping my clients achieve their goals in selling and purchasing homes in the Inner East Bay and San Francisco. I have overseen hundreds of transactions, from starter homes and condominiums to “forever” homes, across every price point.
I've had a lifelong love of real estate. In fact, at the age of ten—unbeknownst to my busy Mom—I was staging my family home and placing "for sale" signs on its front lawn. Though I never earned that commission, from then on, my curiosity was piqued.
Years later, when I became a homeowner in Berkeley, I had the privilege of being represented by an incredibly sharp, determined, and thoughtful agent. I was so impressed by her confident approach and how well she cared for me throughout the process. It was during that experience that I truly discovered my calling in real estate.
Prior to starting my real estate practice, I spent many years in senior management roles within the maritime industry. As a geography enthusiast, it was a fitting career that allowed me to experience the thrill of travel and adventure. What I valued most, however, was the proximity to the inner workings of systems that shape an economy, from large-scale industries to household finances. Shepherding complex transactions through unpredictable and changing environments in that role provided me with excellent preparation for the world of real estate.
I’m fascinated by the sensory part of my work. The energy and history of a home are always fascinating: Why was a particular home built? By whom? And how did they build it? Such questions and curiosities inevitably lead me in search of fascinating discoveries.
I have long understood the unique role I play in the lives of my clients, and it's one I approach with mindfulness, clarity, and purpose. The joy of buying your first home is unrivaled, and the successful sale of a long-held property can bring fulfillment, joy, and even relief. Neither experience should cause you sleepless nights.
Let me guide you through the process with optimism, confidence, and joy.
