Experience
I bring 10 years of marketing and business analysis experience to my real estate career. I can provide the statistics and analytics needed to strategically price and sell a home, or to assess the profitability of an investment property.
I am lucky to have 7 years of renovation and design experience in the North Oakland and Adams Point neighborhoods. This allows me to share ideas that can realize a property's full potential. Sometimes small, inexpensive changes can greatly increase the value of a property on the market, or significantly improve the value and enjoyment of a newly purchased home.
Passion
I fell in love with houses as a child. My family relocated from a New York City apartment to a cozy brown shingled house in Berkeley's Elmwood neighborhood. I enrolled at Willard Middle School, attended Berkeley High School, and graduated from the University of California at Berkeley. When I finally bought a house of my own, I discovered that a house is more than just architecture: it is a foundation upon which to build and enrich your life. My desire to share my enjoyment of houses with others inspired me to become a NAR member.
In my free time I enjoy volunteering at my local public schools, Claremont Middle School and Kaiser Elementary. You can also find me gazing toward the ceiling at Kinetic Arts Center where my daughter performs aerial trapeze and silk acts. Some of my favorite local activities are shopping at the Grand Lake or Temescal farmer's markets, exploring Oakland's continually expanding food and art scene, and enjoying Berkeley favorites like Epicurious Garden in North Berkeley and Fourth Street shops and restaurants.
