David and Devin handled the sale of our family home in Berkeley after the passing of my dad. They handled all of it (moving, contractors, minor repairs, plumbing issues) ect. It was hard enough having to sell the house, but they were really easy and thoughtful during the whole process. The open  house was fantastic and we sold the house in record time. It was all very seamless.
