Meridee Carter
Meridee comes from a long tradition of real estate professionals. Her mother has worked in the real estate community in Contra Costa County since 1985. As a homeowner both in Berkeley (income property) and her main residence in San Pablo, Meridee has hands-on experience in remodeling and restoration of older homes and has a passion for architecture and design. She has developed an extensive network of home construction and maintenance professionals. She is an experienced project manager fully capable of handling your sale alone or assisting you in your decisions.
As a resident since 1984, Meridee has exceptional knowledge of local history and a familiarity with various East Bay school and park districts. She has a daughter who attended Berkeley schools and graduated from Berkeley High. Meridee has practiced real estate in the East Bay area for over 20 years, both listing properties and representing buyers. She spends her free time cycling and hiking and working on her urban farm. Meridee has exceptional "people skills" - she is patient and particularly good at explaining the real estate process.
Ben Levin
Ben Levin has been serving his clients’ real estate needs for the past ten years, recently joining Red Oak. He has worked with many first-time home buyers and investors and has also sold a wide variety of properties, from one-bedroom condos to spacious single-family homes. Having entered the profession during the Great Recession, he has been through it all, helping buyers and sellers through good times and bad.
Ben provides dedication, loyalty, and knowledge to his clients. He is diligent, highly detail-oriented, and an excellent negotiator and advocate. He understands how important finding the right home and neighborhood is in bringing balance and happiness to life, and would love to help you achieve those goals.
Residing in the Berkeley Hills, Ben is a husband and the father of two boys. He enjoys hiking, spin, concert-going, and playing sports with his children.
