We recently listed and sold our Berkeley home through Maxi and she was exemplary, truly outstanding. The whole process was shockingly easy considering we had already moved out of state. The house had to be primed for sale with such things as making repairs, full interior/exterior painting, landscape improvements, staging, and fixture replacement just to name a few.
