I met Jen by chance one afternoon after having gone to one too many open houses and talked to (too) many realtors, it was becoming a blur. Jen clearly stood out. Even when out of town, she was reaching out to make sure things were on track. Jen would always be several steps ahead of me, reading through disclosure packets in detail, pointing out potential issues for us to look into. She had impressive knowledge of every aspect of a home from knowing off the bat that an electrical system potentially problematic, to pointing out the cost implications of a significant repair. She really knows her stuff. Jen was also extremely well-connected. She had stellar relationships with great local lenders, insurers, other realtors and contractors. People respected her. Folks I would have never known if not for Jen. For the years to come, I will definitely come back to Jen when I eventually resell my home to start a family, or for any other type of real estate purchase. Im hoping all my friends and family in the area always go to Jen, and only Jenshes our kind of person. Shes truly, truly one in a million. I completely put my trust in Jen and will keep coming back to her in the years to come.
