I was a homeowner deciding whether I could afford to move into a smaller home. Devin went through all the numbers with me in detail. He also said he would come with me to an accountant and a mortgage lender so I could ask appropriate questions. In the end I decided to remain in my home and remodel, he gave me references for contractors. Home process took many hours of work this was done without charge and constant availability. He is very trustworthy competent and reliable, I recommend him unreservedly.

My experience was with Devin, and he provided excellent service. He was available to answer questions throughout the day and week, and was able to help us find an ideal place for our needs. We were under time constraints with a 1031 exchange, but he was able to help us meet those and successfully complete our acquisition portion of the exchange within those time constraints. We were very interested in the Berkeley, Albany and El Cerrito areas, and Devin's local knowledge of those areas helps us greatly. As I like to review everything, he was also patient with us, and clear about deadlines for turning things around to meet our final close of escrow.
