2021 was one of the most active real estate markets in history, and as the largest independent brokerage in the East Bay, we had our biggest year ever!

 

We launched new programs like Enhance, helping sellers improve their homes before coming to market, and we became the first brokerage in the Bay Area to be both green-certified and carbon-neutral. We’re also extremely proud that our non-profit, ROOF, was able to raise over $100,000 for local nonprofits in the Inner East Bay with contributions from agents, staff, friends and clients like you.
