For years, Todd Hodson has been visibly active in the real estate community. He personifies commitment, dedication, and technical know-how. Above all, he brings decades of experience making clients happy. In 2006, Tania Balazs joined forces with Todd, adding her landscape design degree and environmental thinking to the mix. Coming from a family of NAR members herself, she is quickly able to recommend improvements that result in high return on investment. Her broad knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate transactions, and her strong work ethic make her invaluable during negotiations and when analyzing offer contracts. Enter Lisa Robesch, a former college teacher and life coach, who helped establish her husband's contracting business before becoming a NAR member. The ultimate collaborator, she rapidly discerns clients’ needs and crafts a plan to meet them. Her years of exposure to the world of home renovations and improvements have given her a keen eye when assessing the condition of a home.
