Tracy Davis is an exceptional agent. We found a home much faster than we anticipated all thanks to her. We didn't think we could afford our home, but she showed us how we could. We are so grateful for her expertise, guidance, and kindness.

Tracy was responsive, frank, and strategic. She made time for us and our questions, was constantly available by phone, email and text (including a lengthy call at 8pm!). She helped us understand the specifics of the market, the limitations (and possibilities!) within our budget and functioned as a partner and ally in our search.

I loved working with Tracy Davis: she was relaxed, unflappable, with a great sense of humor; she 'held her own space' and didn't intrude in mine (I guess we say 'good boundaries'!).
