Our team consists of Tim Cannon (husband/father), Anne Politeo (wife/mother), and Lucas Cannon (son). We bring a combined 85 years of experience serving our local East Bay community. Tim is a Berkeley native and began his real estate career in 1978 after attending Berkeley public schools, Merritt College, and UC Berkeley, majoring in Sociology. He earned his broker’s license in 1984, has worked in both large and small brokerages, and has managed and trained agents. Anne and Tim, who have three grown children, all in their early 30s, enjoy their community and try to promote local business support whenever possible. They have many causes dear to them, and it is their custom, upon close of escrow of all of their listings, to make a donation to a charity in the name of the client.

Anne is a Bay Area native. She attended elementary and high school in San Francisco, then moved to the East Bay in 1970. She promptly fell in love with the very different landscape of the East Bay, appreciating the tree-lined streets, seasonal colors, greater open space, and the urban cultural environment. After graduating from UC Berkeley, Anne moved to the East Coast for five years, beginning her real estate career in a small town outside Philadelphia, PA. Missing her family and ties to the Bay Area, she returned, affiliated with a Berkeley real estate office and met her future husband and business partner, Tim Cannon.

Lucas attended college at the University of California, Riverside and graduated with a degree in Psychology. While in college he began his first business in the moving and logistics sector and has continued to grow it to be one of the top 50-ranked labor providers in the nation for PODS containers. His extensive experience in the moving industry has given him a unique skill set that is useful in some of the more stressful areas of the listing and selling process. He’s not afraid of a little dirt or rolling up his sleeves to get a home ready for market. Lucas is an active and vibrant person, always up for a challenge, and takes pride in connecting with his clients, assessing their needs and helping achieve their goals. With his calm demeanor, he provides exceptionally attentive care during his clients’ buying/selling journey.
