Stacey and José understand that buying or selling a home is a huge decision and can be a stressful undertaking. Both offer their clients a straightforward and honest view of how to realistically approach the sale or purchase of your home and make the process as smooth as possible.

They have both maintained a Top Ten ranking with Red Oak Realty for over 17 years. Not easy in the downturn years of 2005 to 2010 - but still continued to excel.
 
Both have personally owned fixers, multi-units, luxury condos, and single-family homes, providing them with first-hand knowledge in the purchase and sale of these types of properties. They currently live in a multi-unit property in central Berkeley which is ideal for the future of their family.
 
Stacey feels that the most influential reason for a career in Real Estate is working in the same community in which she lives. She has volunteered for the Oakland Heritage Alliance, been a Frank Lloyd Wright docent for the Marin County Civic Center, Fundraising Chairperson for Rosa Parks Elementary in Berkeley, and volunteered with Berkeley Schools Writers' Coach Connection. In addition to community involvement, Stacey has past experience in marketing, client management, and project management. This history groomed her to be a truly outstanding real estate agent. She possesses extreme diplomacy and professionalism, as well as well-developed negotiation skills.
 
José has lived in the East Bay a majority of his life. He is knowledgeable, sharp, and has a great feel for the many diverse neighborhoods that make this one of the greatest places to live in the world. He volunteered for the Berkeley School Governance Council (SGC) and was a valuable conductor of process and needs for the school community. More to add, his experience running a successful, high-paced business has given him a great understanding of what it takes to get results in this Real Estate market. José speaks Spanish and has a great sense of humor.
