Since 2009, Shannon has successfully represented over 150 transactions valued at more than $100 million. Consistently ranked among the top 10% of agents in the Inner East Bay since 2018, her listings sell on average 7% over list price within just 14 days on market.* A Bay Area native, Shannon grew up on the Peninsula, lived in San Francisco, and has called Berkeley home since 2002.
With a background as a paralegal in construction litigation, Shannon is a savvy problem-solver who believes in tackling issues head-on. She keeps clients well-informed and delivers honest, upfront guidance—even when the news is tough. She remembers the acute anticipation of waiting for an accepted offer from her own experience as a buyer, and works tirelessly to make her clients’ experience as smooth and transparent as possible. All while delivering the news with kindness and empathy.
Beyond real estate, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family and black Labrador, Lily, as well as knitting, Olympic weightlifting, Peloton, hiking, and volunteering at her son’s school. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology from the University of Georgia and was awarded a Fulbright-Hays for intensive Swahili study in Tanzania and Zanzibar.

Eve’s journey in real estate began in 2005 in the fast-paced Manhattan and Brooklyn markets, where she built a business rooted in integrity and high-quality service. After two decades in New York City, she returned to her hometown of Oakland, bringing nearly 20 years of residential real estate expertise to the competitive Bay Area market.
With a background spanning professional cooking, public school teaching, and photo research, Eve is adaptable, resourceful, and a strong negotiator. Whether representing buyers or sellers, she navigates transactions with efficiency, ensuring clients feel confident and at ease every step of the way.
A food enthusiast, Eve loves exploring new restaurants and recipes (especially anything dumpling-related!) with her husband and daughter, as well as hiking, entertaining friends, and playing tennis.
