I've known her professionally for almost twenty years and engaged her services twice over the past dozen years before asking her to sell the home that I co-owned in Kensington this past December. Sara is the main reason we are in our house today. She got us a fantastic deal because she was a step ahead and anticipated every move that was made. Sara and Tommy were an enormous asset when trying to sell our dad's house after he passed away. We each live far from Berkeley where his house was, and the house kept having unexpected and unwanted surprises as we tried to sell it, but Sara and Tommy still made it very easy for us, even though we live out of the area and had little to no experience in real estate.
