I became a licensed REALTOR® to help make a positive impact for individuals and families, helping them build generational wealth and sharing resources they can use to contribute to our local community. I believe that shelter for all is a right, not a privilege, and I guide my clients in leveraging down payment assistance, grant programs, savvy lenders and smart negotiating.
 
I invite folks of all income levels, employment status, documentation status, age and gender, sexual identities and cultural backgrounds to connect with me. I offer a judgment and pressure-free, no strings attached space to assist you.
 
I believe that decisions should ultimately be arrived at by the clients themselves through education about the process; I’m here to advocate and guide but not direct. Do not mistake this for passiveness - I will fiercely champion for what is best for my clients and I am committed to authenticity and transparency in my relationships.
 
I prioritize spending locally, investing in and caring for my community, getting money into the hands of those who are aligned with these values, and sharing resources with individuals in need. For my buyers purchasing on Lisjan (Ohlone) native land, I give the first year of Shuumi to Sogorea Te' Land Trust in their names. I also support Oakland based mutual aid organizations including Town Fridge and Homies Empowerment.
