Ruth and Cathy are incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We were first time home buyers in the Oakland/Berkeley area and learned a lot from them. They were very patient, answered all our questions, and were very responsive. This was a great experience, which we found surprising since home buying in the Bay Area was an intimidating prospect and we did this at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic (which created a few wrinkles that Ruth and Cathy really took in stride).
