Get to Know Me

REAL Estate for REAL People.

In today's market, buying or selling a home can seem daunting. It's a major financial and emotional event. Success means finding the road map through a complicated and shifting landscape. That takes vision and expertise. I tend to see the opportunity in what appears to be a difficult situation. And if I don't, I'll let you know. I offer you informed analysis, market knowledge and total commitment. You'll be expertly guided through the buying and selling process — fully prepared to make great decisions.

I'm passionate about my work! My style is upbeat and positive. You can expect the extra edge of a seasoned professional who will provide all the support you need for YOUR real estate journey. I want to be your real estate agent for this transaction and for life. Think of me as your "everything resource." I maintain a great referral network of professionals — everything from lenders, inspectors and contractors, to stagers and photographers.

Communication is key. My approach is highly personalized. It's not one-size-fits-all. Each person has a unique lifestyle and financial goals. When I have a clear picture of your dream, we can work together to make it happen.

I'm committed to giving back to the community in which I live and love. Red Oak is too. ROOF is a foundation we established 26 years ago to do just that. With each transaction, I donate a portion of my commission to support several small local non-profits making a real difference in our neighborhoods.

I'm here to help you. No question is too small or too big. If I don't have the answer immediately, we'll find it.

About Me

Born and raised in Wisconsin, I lived in Manhattan for many years before coming to the East Bay 17 years ago. I have a degree in Art History. My professional background includes graphic design, home furnishing design and project management. I worked with wholesale buyers in major retail stores to design a product that fit both their price point and their style. I bring that same creativity to real estate.

I have two sons, Zach and Jake who graduated from Bishop O'Dowd and Skyline respectively. Both graduated from UC Santa Cruz. In my experience, the Oakland school systems (both public and private) offer programs that can accommodate each family's needs. My pup, Daisy and I are often out exploring one of our many fabulous East Bay dog parks. Hope to see you there!
