Get to Know Me

Contact Lynn Signorelli (SRES, Certified CO-BUY Specialist): (510) 501-2094

I value the human element in highly-complex, quick-moving real estate transactions. When you hire me you get a patient ear, a deeply-informed advisor, a creative negotiator and someone to integrate your varied needs into an action plan. I will help you develop a strategy that serves both your short- and long-term needs when you are ready to buy or sell your home.

I love working with people who appreciate the diversity, culture, and natural beauty of the East Bay. After working in commercial real estate in New York City for a decade, I moved to the Bay Area in 1993 with my young family so we could hike scenic trails, feel the cool ocean breezes, and enjoy the richness of the vibrant people and culture of the East Bay. Moving from commercial to residential was natural for me as I feel that helping people buy and sell homes is more tangible and soulful. I have been a resident of Kensington, Berkeley and Point Richmond, and my now-adult daughters highly value their Berkeley public school education where I spent many years volunteering and connecting with the community. A sweep rower and sculler on the East Bay Rowing Club team, I love rowing crew and communing with nature and my teammates in the Oakland Estuary by 5:30am most mornings.
