She is kind and patient while touring houses and gives you the muted space to absorb a residence's atmosphere while always being ready and available to answer questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about housing in Oakland and Berkeley, and has a keen eye for detail, for regulations, and thoroughly goes through disclosures with you. She is also skilled in assessing what type of offer to make, when to go higher than the list price, when there is room for push back and negotiations.
