Mark is a co-founder and principal of The Lederer Team, a top producing Bay Area real estate listing and sales team, that has performed nationally in the top 1% for the last 20 years. He has personally been responsible for over $1 billion in successful residential, residential income, commercial and raw land transactions. Before entering real estate, Mark served as a Media/Art Director for one of the Bay Area's largest real estate advertising firms. His past creative work in the real estate, high-technology, and governmental industries was accredited by his client's noteworthy results and national awards given by the advertising industry. Mark is still pioneering advertising techniques for his real estate sales clients assuring them of the maximum exposure possible and highest sales prices recorded in their local areas. Mark's real estate sales and advertising experience is second to none.
A graduate of the University of California at Davis, Mark received a Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, in Design with an emphasis on Managerial Economics. Mark has actively served buyers and sellers with owning, investing, renovating, marketing, listing, selling and developing for the past 20 years. He currently resides in Point Richmond with his daughter and wife, Katie Lederer.
Derrick C. Tyler completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara where he majored in Law and Society with a minor in Philosophy and graduated with honors. Derrick also holds a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. While at Hastings, Derrick was co-president of the Black Law Student Association and Student Body President during his final year.
After graduating from U.C. Hastings in 2011, Derrick worked at a small general litigation law firm, which handled various matters including but not limited to commercial and residential real estate disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and mortgage fraud.
Throughout his education and training, Derrick has always maintained a passion for real estate and has recently joined the Lederer team to chase his passion for the business of real estate listing, sales, and investment. Derrick currently resides in San Francisco, has resided in the east bay, and is very familiar with the Bay Area.
Mio started her career in operations for Hitachi Transport System, then in finance for Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. She was recruited for the role of assistant to the CFO in a pharmaceutical and nutrition company with more than 40,000 employees worldwide. Most recently Mio became a certified Japanese translator to work on motion pictures. Her translation work can be viewed in box-office hits such as The Wolf of Wall Street, The Conjuring, Rush, Gateway, Homefront and The Face of Love. She has also worked for The Gap, translating the company's brand and marketing into Japanese.
Mio has lived in Fukuoka Japan, Hong Kong, Guadalajara, Mexico, Madrid, Spain, Columbia, Missouri and Palos Verdes, California, but says the Bay Area is her chosen home. Her diverse living experiences coupled with her proficiency in communications, operations and finance give her a truly unique and powerful view of the Bay Area real estate markets. These diverse and uncommon skill sets provide her clients with service and advice that is second to none.
Mio is currently a real estate advisor on the Lederer Team, a top Bay Area real estate listing and purchasing team that has performed nationally in the top 1% for the last 15 years. Mio holds a BA in Spanish with a minor in Latin American Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She is fluent in English, Japanese and Spanish. She lives with her husband and 2 children in the distinguished bayside community of Point Richmond.
