I have an interdisciplinary background that gives me a unique perspective as an agent. In addition to being a technology and social media enthusiast, I'm also passionate about building prosperity through real estate. As your agent, I will be a tenacious advocate on your behalf.
I first developed a passion for real estate when I moved from Kentucky to the Maryland suburbs of DC in high school and was shocked by the difference good housing made to quality of life. I wanted to understand every aspect of the business, so I studied finance, business, and real estate development at the University of Virginia and later law at Howard University School of Law.
I began my career in real estate development in the DC area during the boom years, when I managed the development of thousands of new homes across multiple residential developments, including two communities that won awards from the local homebuilding association for being the best developments in their respective price ranges. Since then I have stayed involved in real estate development in various ways, while also making a name for myself as a civil rights advocate and social media guru.
When I'm not working, watching basketball — I'm a diehard fan of the Warriors and the University of Kentucky — or reading up on developments in building or technology, you can often find me walking around Lake Merritt. While I've lived in Kentucky, the DC area, rural Virginia, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and San Francisco, Oakland is where I feel most at home. I never want to move again. I really love the East Bay!
I will advocate for you with passion and integrity and will always tell you the truth, even if you may not want to hear it. In this competitive market, you need an agent who will ask the right questions and go the extra mile for you. I pledge to do my part to give you the best chance of having your offer accepted and finalized so you can get the property you want.
