My experience with Red Oak and Jeff Rosenbloom was excellent as always. Jeff has helped me handle sales of two previous property and the purchase of one. He is ethical, considerate, informative, absorbs the difficult parts of the process until he has no choice but to share the stress. I've always trusted him sufficiently that I have referred him to close friends. If I didn't feel the sense of security and support, I wouldn't have had him represent me that way.

Working with Leigh and Jeff was a dream. They helped us get comfortable with a fast turnaround on deciding to list being on market with our property, and made all of the steps in between from maintenance to repainting to staging as turnkey as they could possibly be. To be fair, Jeff is the only realtor we have ever worked with. That said, I can't imagine how a realtor could be any better. As first time home buyers, we had lots of questions, changed our minds over and over and took forever to make a decision. Jeff was super helpful in the whole house buying process. I have worked with Jeff on a number of investment properties over the past two years.  To say these deals were complex is quite an understatement, yet Jeff kept the ball moving and all the parties focused on the end game - Close!   He has gone so far as to step in when the other agent dropped the ball and chase down documents the other party was tasked with providing.  Through it all he kept a great sense of humor yet knew when and how to show some teeth when necessary.
