I have been working with Izumi on and off for the past 7 years. In that time we have bought five houses together and sold two. The test of time. We first worked with Izumi thirteen years ago as first time buyers. We left our life as renters in San Francisco and ended up buying in a lovely neighborhood in Oakland.
