Living and working in the Bay Area has given me the opportunity to meet many clients from various age groups, ethnicities and professions. I have learned so much about their cultures and listened to so many of their stories. Most of them remain my friends even after their sale.
I speak Cantonese and English and have a local and international network of cash buyers and investors looking to purchase real estate in the Bay Area on a regular basis. I pride myself on helping my many sellers make all the preparations to put their homes and investment properties on the market and selling for the highest sales price.
In order to provide additional services to my clients, I have established a wide network of professionals, made up of stagers, licensed contractors, landscapers, architects, escrow officers, trust attorneys, 1031 exchange specialists, certified accountants, real estate attorneys and more. Because of this, I am even better able to help my clients with every step of the process.
When I am not helping my buyers find their dream homes or assisting sellers with putting their homes on the market for sale, I enjoy watercolor, abstract painting, Chinese calligraphy and taking photographs. I am always excited to try new restaurants and cuisines. Yet, recreating a dish I have eaten in a restaurant from memory in my own home is almost more fun than trying it for the first time. The two dishes my friends and family request most often are rack of lamb and cioppino.
In both my personal and professional lives, I excel at solving problems, preparing for every possibility, and helping others do the same. At the end of the day, what I work tirelessly for is a seamless transaction and stress-free experience for each and every one of my clients.
