Carly and I had a fantastic home search and experience with Erik over the summer. His superpower was listening to what we were looking for closely at first - in a short amount of time Erik was able to identify the homes that were just right for us. His easy demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our transaction was buttoned up was highly appreciated. We would recommend Erik to anyone searching for a home in the East Bay!

Erik Dreher was a steady hand throughout the long process of preparing the house for sale, scheduling inspections, deciding on a price to offer the house at, arranging open houses and access to buyers, and all the many other details involved in selling a property in the Bay Area. I was out of state during most of this so it was great to have someone that I could rely on to get things done. In the end, the house sold very quickly for a very acceptable price. All in all, a real success story!

Eric was thoughtful, helpful, proactive, smart, dedicated and everything else you would want a buyer's agent to be as a first time purchaser. He helped us look around corners and also just had great general advice about and insight into the regional market — from landscaping to period house construction to contractor/vendor referrals to comps. He also just seems like the kind of friendly guy you would want to hang out with or have as a friend. We hope to stay in touch with him.
