Since I started helping clients with residential real estate, I have closed over $200 million in transactions. I have an extensive background in business, having run and/or launched multiple companies in a variety of disciplines. I have negotiated deals with large businesses, government entities, and large educational institutions. My expert negotiation skills are always put to use in representing my clients in both the purchase and the sale of their homes. Having also worked in construction as a volunteer for low-income housing programs, I have a deep understanding of the various stages of construction and home systems.
