About Dana Cordeiro

I was born and raised in the East Bay, went to UC Berkeley and I’ve been doing what I love, consistently, since 2001, with Red Oak Realty.

Having lived in various areas in the East Bay, I am knowledgeable about the micro-neighborhoods we have and know the nuances of not just the amenities, but of the markets. Throughout my longevity in real estate, I have a proven record of success and a reputation for being ethical and honest among my peers. 

I have spent most of my career in one type of customer service or another. I know first-hand what it is like to work with people in high-stress environments and understand how critical follow through and listening are to success. I sincerely believe that buying and selling a home is a collaborative process. 

What that means is that I will always focus on the best practice for any negotiation and situation we encounter along the way. As part of your team, I will be your trusted advisor ensuring our communication is clear and that you are aware of the advantages and disadvantages of your options along the way. 

I am pro-active as a guide and advocate. I am client-driven, enthusiastic, resourceful, have a high energy level and a positive outlook on life. I know when to be serious, but choose to find fun and humor in most things.
