Damiana has called Oakland home since she arrived at thirteen, and the city has held her heart ever since—except for the occasional adventure abroad. Her professional journey has taken her through restaurants and bars, financial institutions, a PR firm, private equity, and working with dogs. This eclectic background has given her a unique combination of skills that she brings to her role as Lead Office Manager, where she keeps the office calm, organized, and welcoming.
Outside the office, you'll find Damiana with her nose in a book, planning her next travel destination, or seeking out the best meal in town—she's an unabashed food snob and proud of it.
