About Cindy O'Neil

As a Bay Area native with over 30 years of real estate industry experience, my intimate knowledge of the home buying and selling process, paired with my passion for real estate and love for the East Bay, has led me to what is a true labor of love as a Realtor. 

Thirty years ago I launched my career as an escrow officer and branch manager, closing thousands of transactions and working closely with many agents, loan officers, lenders and, of course, buyers and sellers. I then spent several years as a mobile signing agent, traveling and learning the ins and outs and personalities of so many beautiful Bay Area neighborhoods, spending more time with buyers and sellers and listening to their stories about their lives and real estate journeys. 

These experiences have led me to provide invaluable insight and support to my clients, whether they are buying or selling, anywhere in the Inner East Bay.

As a California Bay Area native, 5 generations deep, I love this gorgeous and diverse place we call home. My great grandmother migrated from Oregon to Oakland and we’ve been here ever since. We live in an extraordinary place, and working with buyers and sellers as they enter the next chapter of their lives is a true passion of mine.
