I highly recommend Cathy. She is a pleasure to deal with, and at the same time, generous and professional. Had it not been for her, I'm pretty sure we wouldn't have gotten our condo. There were other offers, (and one that was initially more than ours) but through her negotiating on our behalf we were able to match the offer, and make ourselves more 'attractive' to the buyer. She really does her homework. She is also just a pure delight. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
