Brook was immensely helpful. She knows her way around the Oakland real estate scene. I took her advice every step of the way and she was always right. I received nine jaw-dropping offers on my home within two days of her last open house and sold for way over the asking price. She was also attentive and kept in communication when I would worry about details.

Brook is very knowledgeable and when it is time to represent you she is tough as a bulldog. But she is very nice and when things get tough she is super chill.

I cannot sing the praises of Brook highly enough. She navigated us through our Oakland home purchase 2 years ago and was on point through the entire process. We were lucky to have her! This was not our first home purchase, but each home buying or selling experience has its own set of challenges to be sure. She's an East Bay Area native, completely knowledgeable about the market, has expert advice on, for example, how much it would cost to fix up any needed repairs on your fix-it-upper, has AWESOME connections vis-a-vis inspectors, plumbers, etc (saved us thousands of $$), is willing to go the extra mile by patiently helping you see a lot of property and devise a winning bid strategy, is a TRULY nice human--and has a great sense of humor!! I can't recommend her more and when we buy our next property I will work with her again!

Buying a home is brutal! It is emotional, expensive, stressful, and exciting. Brook rode every single emotional wave with us, making us feel validated and heard, as well as reassured that we will find the perfect fit. Brook is the doula of the home purchase process. It's no secret that buying a home in the Yay Area is a tough and expensive venture. You NEED someone like Brook to help you through this emotionally intense roller coaster. Sure, she knows the area, the buying/selling process, and all the fine details involved. Brook was the dream agent!
