Certified Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES): 510.381.2101

My great-great-grandfather, Fortunado Arriola, was an early California artist and teacher of many - one of his pictures hangs in the Oakland Museum. As a fifth generation Californian from a family of artists, I see everything in pictures and strive to make those pictures perfect.

With a background in both art and marketing, I see the big picture first then break it down into smaller parts, just like when creating a painting. I love this process because I get to explain to buyers how to really look at a house, and I help sellers with the vision of bringing the best out of their homes. For all my clients I am picky, and I keep at it until I get it right.

Since 1996 I have represented over 425 clients in transactions valued at over $435M. Over the past 5 years my listings sold an average of 26% over list price after being on the market for an average of just 15 days. In 2022 I was ranked among the top 0.7% of agents in the Inner East Bay and one of Red Oak’s top producing agents.

But numbers aren’t everything. There are many great agents in the East Bay. For some, real estate is just a livelihood. For others it is a passion. For those of us that fall into the passion category, we each bring our unique skills to helping buyers find the right home, and giving sellers the vision of how their home can be its absolute best.

I bring enthusiasm, a genuine desire to help others, and the willingness to jump into a challenge! I love to create solutions and I’m not afraid to get my hands dirty. As the purchase and sale of real estate is faster and more complex than ever, the need for an informed advisor could not be more important. My goal is to help you develop a strategy that serves both your short and long-term needs when you are ready to buy or sell.

As a former owner/partner of Marvin Gardens Real Estate, I’ve been involved with all facets of real estate since 1980. I’ve run an office, created budgets, trained agents, solved problems, and helped hundreds of buyers and sellers reach their dreams. Marvin Gardens merged with Red Oak in 2019 to create the largest independent real estate office in the East Bay. We are truly a home-grown office and proud of it!
